  I emailed Mr. Delmore himself regarding details of a friend's mothers funeral. He was so gracious and prompt and professional and got back to me immediately the first time and even after the service to give me details on the flowers I'd sent. It's great to know even the little details matter to the man whose name is on the door. Especially during such a time of sorrow for so many families. Thank you, Dan.
