  I WAS BAPTIZED THERE,FIRST COMMUNION , AND CONFIRMED THERE, I LIVED KITTY CORNER FROM THERE AND RAISED THERE IN THE SCHOOL , GRANDPARETS WERE MEMBERS THERE FOR YEARS. IF FACT THEY WERE ASKED TO BE THE SPONSERS TO THE CONFIRMATION GROUP I WAS IN ,WENT TO SCHOOL AND MASS EVERY EVENT .NEW MANY OF THE SISTERS THAT WOULD WALK NIGHTLY THROUGH THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND BEING OUR TEACHERS,MANY MANY MEMORIES OF NUNS AND PRIESTI AM NOW 75 AND THAT SAYS HOW LONG AGO IT WAS ,WE MOVED TO THE SUBURBS BECAUSE MORE ROOM NEEDED FOR THE FAMILY, , BUT REMEMBER THIS WELL , CHECKED THE AREA FOR OLD AGE LIVING AVAILABLE NOW. SEEING THE PICTURES IS MEMORIES AND YES I STILL HAVE SOME OF MINE OF THE SHRINE, REMEMBER THE 1 ST OF MAY AND THE ROSARY PARADES TO THE BASICILICA WITH ALL THE OTHER CHURCHES. YES SWEET MEMORIES.LOIVED AT 724 MAIN ST SO YES IT WAS KITTY CORNER AND SEEN ALL THAT HAPPENED THERE AND KNEW ALL THE NUNS WHO TAUGHT ,THANK YOU FOR BEING MY NUTURING PLACE TO GROW UP, IN FACT WORKED AT LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR FOR 6 YEARS BECAUSE OF THE CLOSENESS AND PROMPTING FROM THE NUNS AND GRANDMA ROSE AND GRANDPA MIKE,
